Company Overview

Pacific Wing is an FAA certified Part 135 air charter company, based out of
Petersburg, Alaska. The company operates two Amphibious Cessna 185 aircraft from the
Petersburg airport, and one Dehavilland Beaver on floats from the seaplane base. The
aircraft can be chartered to fly anywhere in Southeast Alaska, from a hard surfaced runway
to a tide shifting bay.
The company specializes in many different types of flying from ferrying forest
service crews between remote forest locations, flying sport fishermen to lakes, hunters to
the spectacular hunting grounds, logging support operations, sightseeing, medical
emergencies and search and rescue. Whether its pristine lakes, remote glacial valleys, or
city lights, Pacific Wing can create a flight just for your needs.
The company believes in having the most experienced pilots available. One of
the company's pilots has over 30,000 hours flight experience and 36 years of
flying floatplanes in Southeast Alaska. A second pilot was born and raised in the area,
has over 10,000 hours and has flown floatplanes in Southeast Alaska for 14 years. The
third pilot has over 15,000 hours and has been flying floatplanes in the area for over 20
years. With a crew as experienced as Pacific Wing, you have no need to worry about the
flight and have more time to enjoy the scenery.
